    Xiaomi’s Redmi today (11.02.2020) launched its first phone of the year in India known as the Redmi 8A Dual.

    There are two variants: the Redmi 8A Dual 2GB, 32GB variant is priced at Rs 6,499, and the 3GB, 32GB model is priced at Rs 6,999. The phone’s sale in India will start on February 18 via and Amazon India. The colour options of the Redmi 8A Dual are Sky White, Sea Blue, and Midnight Grey.

    Redmi 8A Dual Specifications

    Xiaomi Redmi 8A Dual features a 6.2-inch HD LCD. The phone comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It also has p2i nano-coating for splash proofing.

    The phone comes with 13-megapixel and 2-megapixel rear cameras. The camera comes integrated with Google Lens. On the front of the phone is an 8-megapixel selfie camera.

    On the performance side of things, the Xiaomi Redmi 8A Dual runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 processor. Storage is expandable upto 512GB via a microSD slot. The phone also has VoWI-Fi support. There is a 5,000mAh battery with 18W fast charging. Redmi 8A Dual also comes with USB Type-C port and reverse charging capacity.
