Honor X30i price in India
The Honor X30i begins at CNY 1,399 (approximately Rs. 16,400) for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant. 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants are available for CNY 1,699 (approximately Rs 19,900) and CNY 1,899 (about Rs 22,200). The Honor X30i comes in Rose Gold, Charm Sea Blue, Magic Night Black, and Titanium Silver. It will be available in China starting November 5.
Honor X30i Design
On the exterior, the Honor X30i is a svelte gadget with a thickness of only 7.45mm. As with the iPhone 13 Pro, the X30i has a flat edge design that is complemented with a high-quality metal frame, something we seldom see in smartphones at this price point. Additionally, it has a side-mounted fingerprint recognition sensor. On the back, it has a square-shaped camera module that houses a triple of cameras. It has a central hole-punch cutout on the front. An elegant glass cover in Blue, Silver, Pink or Black can be found on the device’s rear for a glittery reflection effect.
Honor X30i Display
The Honor X30i is equipped with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2388 pixels. It boasts a hole-punch cutout in the top centre and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.6 per cent, making it a good choice for gamers. The screen also boasts a refresh rate of 90Hz, which is rather fast.
Honor X30i Performance
An Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 810 processor powers the Honor X30i with 2 cores clocking in at 2.4GHz and the other 6 cores clocking in at 2GHZ. For improved gaming and phone performance the processor is powered by GPU Turbo X and Link Turbo X. 128GB or 256GB storage variants are also available. This smartphone’s internal memory starts off at 6GB, but it can be increased to 8GB by adding a memory card.
Android 11 powers the Honor X30i, which has Magic UI 5.0. Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth v5.10, USB Type-C, and 3G and 4G (with compatibility for Band 40 used by select LTE networks in India) are all available on the Honor X30i.
Honor X30i Camera
The Honor X30i has a triple camera configuration on the back, with a 48-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 aperture, followed by a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture, and a 2-megapixel camera with an f/2.4 aperture. Autofocus is available on the camera’s back. An 8-megapixel sensor with an f/2.0 aperture is the only front-facing camera on the phone for selfies. Additionally, the phone has an innovative multi-frame synthesis technique and a feature that allows you to record simultaneously from both the front and back cameras.
Honor X30i Battery
The battery section of the Honor X30i is not so impressive with a mere 4000 mAh battery for powering the whole device. As per the current competition, there should have been a 5000 mAh battery to make it an attractive deal. Also, there is only 22.5W fast charging support, which is another setback for this device. Additionally, the smartphone uses USB 2.0, which is unacceptable at the given price point.
Honor X30i Verdict
Although the device features a standard chipset and a fast display, the smartphone is not meant for those who are used to the Google ecosystem support and require a large battery for carrying their daily activities along with multi-tasking and gaming, since there is only 4000 mAh battery. With the absence of 5G connectivity and other basic features, you may look for something else.
