Recently, the company launched its OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G on February 17, 2022. It stands as the newest addition to the Nord series smartphones. However, reports of an additional smartphone in the works have surfaced a lot. OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite has surfaced in the news quite a few times now. Now, in a fresh leak, the specifications of the smartphone have surfaced once again.
This time around, alleged renders of the Nord 2 CE Lite has surfaced. They suggest the smartphone will come with some interesting features and more. Let us look at them in detail:
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G Tipped Once Again!
According to 91mobiles, the early renders of the smartphone have surfaced online courtesy of industry sources. These renders give us a running idea of what to expect in terms of design. Although the final product will look slightly different. The Nord CE 2 Lite renders tell us a great deal about the fingerprint sensor placement and rear panel finish. Moreover, it also reveals details like the rear camera system, SIM tray, among other things.
Furthermore, the report says that the OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite will not come with an Alert Slider this time. There will be a USB Type-C port, speaker grille, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 91Mobiles report also says that this will be the first Nord phone with Android 12 out-of-the-box. Additionally, it will get a high-resolution primary sensor along with two 2-megapixel cameras. There is no ultra-wide camera, the report cites a source as saying.
Even previous reports suggest that the budget-friendly smartphone from OnePlus may sport a 6.59-inch full-HD fluid display. Under the hood, it will reportedly feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G SoC under the hood. It will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of onboard storage. OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite 5G may also come with a triple rear camera setup.
At the moment, with respect to previous leaks, it is uncertain if it will sport an LCD, LED, or AMOLED panel. In terms of optics, the OnePlus Nord 2 CE Lite 5G can sport a triple rear camera setup with a 64-megapixel primary sensor and two 2-megapixel secondary sensors. However, at the front, it will reportedly feature a 16-megapixel primary sensor for selfies and video calls. To back this up, the OnePlus may pack a 5,000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. Since there is no official confirmation, this information should be taken with a pinch of salt.
