PUBG Corp, the developer of the popular battle royale Playerunknown’s Battlegrounds is working on a new game called PUBG New State. The company has clung to the same old battle royale formula.
Right now, the game is available for pre-registration on Android. iOS users will have to wait a little bit before they can register for the beta. Users who have signed up for the game will receive a “Limited Vehicle Skin”.
Having said that, let us take at what the new game will bring. Set in the year 2051, PUBG New State will give players access to some new tools.
PUBG New State Gameplay
Instead of getting a Chicken Dinner on winning the round, people will get “Lone Survivors”. While the core elements of the game remain similar to PUBG, there are a few key differences.
PUBG New State will feature an 8×8 map called Troi. It will have various indoor and outdoor locations including a mall. It will also feature new vehicles such as a drone, buggy, motorcycle and car. If you have watched the trailer, drop crates will be provided through drones.
Another notable addition is the movement options that includes combat rolls. The trailer also showcases a new grenade and holographic display. According to the Google Play Store description, players will be rewarded for using and mastering different weapons. PUBG New State also shows us a deployable shield, meaning you might get roll classes that might offer various perks. However, all of it is mere speculation at this point.
PUBG New State Availability
Even though the game is available for pre-registration in various parts of the world, Indian players won’t be able to join the bandwagon and register for the beta. This might be due to the fact that the Indin Government banned PUBG quite a while ago.
