Once the match is over, there will be an option on the screen to report about another player. But be sure to keep in mind the ID of the player you are looking to report, and once the screen appears, you can click on the red button at the top right corner.

This works even in multiplayer mode too. Tap on the red button appearing on the top right side of the screen, and you will be taken to the reporting screen. 

From here, you can choose the appropriate option and submit the details. From there, it is all up to Activision to check your report and take any necessary action.
