OPPO A72 5G Launch
After the launch of Oppo A72 in the UK, the company is expected to soon launch a triple-rear camera setup mounted edition in China. Going to be renowned as Oppo A72 5G, will come in three colour-gradient variants; Oxygen Purple, Neon Purple, and Simple Black colour options.

The information flushed across the internet when a Chinese operated telecom company listed the Oppo A72 5G with model number PDYM20 and GizmoChina make a note of it. On the onset of July, Oppo phone with the same model number was spotted on China’s regulatory body’s website – TENNA; that too with three storage variants. But in contrast to recently shared knowledge, the model was brought in association with Oppo Reno 10X Mark 2.
OPPO A72 5G Specifications
Saying of the Oppo A72 5G specifications, this phone as the name suggests supports 5G network connectivity. The dual-SIM Oppo A72 5G may run its software on Android v10 with ColorOS skin on top of it. It is more likely to be powered by MediaTek processor (MT6853V); coupled with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage capacity.

Under the hood, Its triple-rear mounted camera setup in square module comprises a 16MP primary camera, an 8MP secondary camera, and lastly a 2MP camera. Moreover, the phone may have a punch-hole camera setup on the front panel supporting an 8MP selfie camera inside it. Adding a note to that, Oppo A72 5G will house the support for 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth collectively.
According to the spec sheet shared by TENNA, Oppo A72 5G may be embossed with a 4,000mAh battery. The phone may come in three colour options – Oxygen Purple, Neon Purple, and Simple Black.

Oppo A72 5G Prices (expected)
As per the latest shared spec sheet by the telecom company, Oppo A72 5G price may start at CNY 1,699 (approximately INR 18,300) for the base variant offering 4GB+128GB storage. Further, the 6GB+128GB storage variant may appear for sale at a price CNY 1,799 (roughly INR19,400); and lastly, an 8GB+128GB storage option may come at a selling price of CNY 1,999 (approx INR 21,600).
The telecom website claims that the Oppo A72 5G Launch may happen near around July 31 in China but the company itself is yet to confirm the development of Oppo A72 5G.
