Finally, Sony has launched its first 5G smartphone, The Sony Xperia Pro belonging to the flagship category. Sony has manufactured this device for professional users with the capability of turning this smartphone into an external camera monitor along with superfast 5G connectivity for quickly live-streaming or uploading the footage. Sony Xperia Pro comes in a single variant with 12GB RAM and 512GB internal storage. The device comes with a huge price tag and belongs to the flagship category. Sony Xperia Pro price for this lone variant is $2499.99, which converts into Rs.1,82,2265. There is no news on the Indian launch of the Sony Xperia Pro yet. 

Speaking of the design, Sony Xperia Pro features Gorilla Glass 6 protection on the front and comes with IP65/68 water resistance. There is an OLED panel on the front and a stylish and robust design on the rear with a pill-shaped module for housing the triple camera setup. The edges are designed in such a way so as to use this smartphone as a high-quality monitor through UVC or HDMI port at the bottom side. There is a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for biometric authentication. The overall design of Sony Xperia Pro is premium with 6.7-inch length, 3-inch width and 0.4-inch thickness along with 0.4 oz weight.

The display of the Sony Xperia Pro features a 6.5-inch CinemaWide screen along with 4K HDR resolution. The creator mode of the OLED panel is powered by CineAlta and features DCI-P3 100% monitor colour reproduction along with ITU-R BT 2020. The main sensor is followed by another 12MP lens with an aperture of f/2.4, 70mm focal length and 34-degree field of view. The third sensor comprises another 12MP lens with an aperture of f/2.2 along with 16mm focal length and 124-degree field of view. With this configuration, you can shoot 4K HDR movies at 24, 25, 30 and 60fps. Also, the camera supports cinematography pro powered by CineAlta, OIS and EIS video, optical steady shot, intelligent wind filter and slow-motion at 120fps.
