Oppo Reno6 Pro is popping up online quite a lot for the past few days now. It looks like the device is nearing its launch timeline considering the numerous leaks surfacing online. However, we can expect the launch to happen sometime in May 2021 in China. Recently, a new leak confirms the 65W fast charging for the device. A new listing on the Intertek website confirms some of the specs. In addition, a TENAA listing confirms the smartphone would pack a 4,400mAh battery in a dual-cell configuration.

OPPO Reno6 Pro Specifications (Expected/Leaks)

According to leaks, it could include a MediaTek Dimensity chipset. However, it is hard to determine the exact model just yet. It can also be a Dimensity 1200. It’s a premium variant, the Oppo Reno6 Pro+ could run the Snapdragon 888 chipset. The same 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen (90Hz refresh rate) could come across both devices.

OPPO Reno6 Pro could ship with three (or four) rear camera modules and a 32MP selfie camera. Considering the history, it has offered only incremental upgrades in the camera sensor. At best, the Reno6 Pro will probably run some heretofore-unannounced camera sensor by Samsung/Sony.

This is not the first time we are hearing of the Oppo Reno6 Pro surfacing online. A few weeks ago, a leak shows off a smartphone that could come with a battery that supports 65W fast charging. Moreover, at this point, it is a standard feature across most OPPO smartphones. OPPO is expecting to launch the Reno6Pro and series towards the end of May 2021, says another report. Ideally, the smartphone should start hitting international markets a month or two after that.
