Realme 8 Series Pre-Orders Live on Flipkart Ahead of March 24 India Launch

Realme 8 series is in the news for quite some time now. The company CEO Madhav Sheth teased through a promo video that the series will debut on March 24 in India. However, the CEO did not share exactly which smartphone it will be unveiling on the date. Although there are chances it can be the series.

Furthermore, Sheth also shared that said product will feature a 108-MP camera. It was teased by the CEO once before for the Realme 8 series. The smartphones are to launch in the country on March 24th at 7:30 PM. Ahead of the launch event, the company has announced the Realme Infinity Sale. Moreover, it allows customers to pre-book the Realme8 or Realme 8Pro.

The Realme 8 series pre-order in India starts at 12 PM today i.e March 15th. It will be live till March 22nd. Additionally, the blind pre-order in India starts at 12 PM IST on March 15th on Flipkart and Realme.com. One can pre-book either of the two phones by making an advanced payment of Rs 1,080. You will receive “exciting gifts” during the pre-booking process.

Users will be redirected to a page with the “Infinity Sale: Live Now” displayed. After clicking on the Infinity Sale, users will have to pay Rs 1,080 to pre-book a unit. Customers can come back on March 25th i.e one day after the launch event to pay the balance amount between 12 noon to 23:59 hours. In case users decide not to go ahead with the purchase after the Realme 8 series prices in India are revealed, the Rs 1,080 deposit will be refunded. The process is similar on Flipkart as well.

Realme 8 Series Specs Leaks

The Realme 8 Pro can come with a 108MP quad-camera system and 50W fast charging support. Whereas, Realme 8 will feature a 64MP quad-camera system and a Super AMOLED display. The phones will sport a corner punch-hole camera, a square-shaped rear camera module, and the ‘Dare to Leap’ branding on the rear panel. The Realme 8 can also get the Snapdragon 720G chipset. Whereas, the Pro model may use the Snapdragon 732G. Both phones are expecting to come with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. The company may also launch a 5G version of the Realme 8 Pro.
