    Vivo Y12s Officially Launched With 5000mAh Battery

    Highlights of the Story

    • It is officially launched in select markets in Asia.

    Vivo launches another mid-range smartphone in its Y-series lineup. The new device is the Vivo Y12s and appears as an updated version of Y12 in India. Moreover, it is already available in certain markets, such as Hongkong and Vietnam.

    Vivo Y12s Price, Availability

    It comes with a price tag of HK$ 1098 in Hong Kong. This translates to just over USD 142 and INR 10,000. The phone is available in two color options: Phantom Black and Glacier Blue. However, there is no word on if it will be available in India.

    Vivo Y12s Specifications

    It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD display with HD+ resolution (720 x 1600 pixels) and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The phone is powered by an Helio P35 processor and has 3GB RAM. Additionally, it comes with 32GB of internal storage (further expandable via an external microSD card).

    In terms of camera, Vivo Y12s features a dual rear camera setup which includes a 13-megapixel main camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary lens with f/2.4 aperture. Additionally, this phone has an 8MP selfie snapper at the front.

    This phone has a face unlock and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. In addition, it packs a massive 5,000mAH battery with the support of only 10W fast charging. 

    Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, micro USB, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
