Nokia 2.4 is one of the latest smartphones HMD Global that came in India. However, the company did not bring any flagship smartphone in the year 2020. On the other hand, several rumors suggest the Nokia 10 flagship device will likely launch next year. Apparently, it will feature the new Snapdragon 888 chipset.

With Qualcomm’s announcement on the Snapdragon 888 5G SoC, many brands have confirmed to launch phones with this chipset. However, HMD Global is yet to confirm anything. Tipster Nokia anew tweeted that the Nokia 10 aka Nokia 9 Sirocco will power on the Snapdragon 888/888+. However, the handset won’t see light in the day until the end of 2021, so there’s a long way to go.

Nokia 10 Tipped
According to Nokia anew, who took to Twitter to give us details of the new Nokia 10, the upcoming phone will flaunt a sapphire glass display. Qualcomm only introduced the standard Snapdragon 888 5G Mobile Platform. However, there is nothing known about the Snapdragon 888+ at the moment. If this chipset exists, it will only be announced in the second half of 2021. Nokia 10 specifications are still under wraps, but we can expect the Snapdragon 888 to power the flagship.

For now, nothing much is known about the Nokia 10. We’re uncertain if the company will be calling that. Nokia is to continue the Nokia 9 flagship series with the launch of the Nokia 9 Sirocco. However, with the pandemic and the consecutive lockdown, the company has shifted the focus on budget and affordable smartphones like the Nokia 2.4.
On the other hand, Nokia may soon launch laptops in India as they received the BIS certification recently. It is possible Flipkart could be the force behind Nokia laptops as they are with Nokia-branded smart TVs in the country.
